Responsibilities + Duties:
Drive Sales Performance: Proactively engage and educate customers to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals, drive key KPIs including conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV), and Units per Transaction (UPT), and deliver a world-class brand experience. Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Create an On-Brand Environment:Contribute to the store's success by creating an on-brand and exciting environment for customers. Foster a safe and inclusive space for all visitors. Drives engagement and education of our brand to increase customer acquisition and retention metrics.
Customer Engagement:Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service and building positive relationships. Encourage customers to create online profiles, join the loyalty program, and engage with Wildfang's social media.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company communication, business priorities, store performance, new products, and client initiatives shared by the Store Leader(s).
Styling Appointments & Walk-Ins: Provide expert styling advice to customers during scheduled appointments and walk-in visits. Understand customer needs and offer thoughtful and educated product suggestions to enhance their experience, and drive sales, reduce returns, and increase retention and brand value. Facilitate the entire sales process, including post-visit follow-up as needed.
Point of Sale (POS) Transactions:Accurately and efficiently process guest transactions on the POS system, including hand-carry, ship from warehouse, ship from store, refunds/exchanges, gift cards, and more.
Inventory Management: Support the store with regular inventory management tasks, such as receiving, processing, and restocking. Is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, organization, and sales floor restocking
Store Maintenance:Follow the opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, replenishment, sizing, and removing trash/recycling. Help maintain the store throughout the day, including consistent cleaning/disinfecting, inventory replenishment, and re-merchandising as needed.
Event Support:Assist in the execution of special events/experiences and encourage guests to participate.
Visual Merchandising Support: Provide support with visual merchandising as needed.
Additional Tasks: Complete other projects or duties as required by the Store Leader(s).
Pay:
The pay range for this position is $17-$18/hr based on experience.
Requirements:

Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends. Wildfang reserves the right to make amendments to the schedule and/ or availability requirements. Please note time off is limited during busy times for our stores.
Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move fixtures and move packages weighing up to 30 pounds.
Applicants are a minimum of 18 years of age.
Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
