Frequently Asked Questions

Returns + Exchanges

We want our return policy to work for you, so we're nixing the whole idea of "final sale." If you buy something and you don't love it, no matter what it is, we want it back. (As long as it meets our return policy criteria - outlined below)
- Exchanges are FREE for all items
- Returns on orders placed on or after August 26, 2024 will be subject to a $10 restocking fee per return that will be deducted from your refund amount
- In-store returns are FREE
- Return must be postmarked to Wildfang within 35 days of purchase
- All items must be brand new, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
- Gift cards cannot be returned
- International orders (excluding Canada) cannot be returned

All orders placed between November 1st, 2024 and December 31st, 2024 are eligible to be returned or exchanged up to January 16th, 2024. Happy gifting!

We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving it. Then it usually takes your bank 3-5 business days to apply the refund to your account.
All refunds are credited to your original form of payment or a Wildfang gift card. If you are returning a gift, you’ll receive your refund on a Wildfang gift card. If you’ve opted for store credit, we will send you that credit via email once your return has been completed.

If you return your order by mail, we process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving it, and your bank typically processes refunds within 3-5 business days once completed. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any gift returned by the giftee will be refunded to a Wildfang gift card.

Wildfang now offers returns for orders shipped from Canada. Click here to start your return or exchange.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer returns from any other international countries. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Orders

Because our orders ship very quickly, we are unable to change orders once they have been placed. A request to cancel your order may be submitted only if your order hasn't shipped, but is not guaranteed - please email us at hello@wildfang.com.

While we cannot add items to an existing order, we are happy to waive shipping fees on a new order so long as it is placed within 24 hours of your original order.

Unfortunately we are not able to apply coupon codes after a purchase is made.

You can purchase a Wildfang gift card here or at any of our retail locations.

We accept Google Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, and all major credit cards. For more information on Klarna, our buy now pay later option, click here.

Preorder means you can secure the availability of some of our limited edition items by purchasing them in advance of launch. These limited edition items have only a small number of units available and are typically not restocked. Because preorders are an advance purchase, payment will be processed at time of purchase. These items typically ship within 2 weeks, but check the preorder item product page for details around expected shipping windows. If your order contains other non-preorder items, those items will ship as normal. Pre order items are not available for expedited shipping. The return window for orders containing preorder items is 30 days from the shipment date of the last item in the order.

Please note, that all international orders (other than Canada) are final sale, as we currently do not offer international returns.

All orders shipped to Canada include all duties and import taxes at time of purchase.
Orders generally ship within 48 hours of being placed and transit time is based on the shipping method you selected at checkout. For expedited shipping, place your order before 10am PST/1pm ET to be eligible for below timelines.

Special Locations
- Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
- Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require 1 additional day to deliver.
- Rural domestic addresses require 1 or more additional days to deliver.
- All PO box addresses can only be shipped with USPS priority and are not eligible for Next Day expedited shipping.
- From time-to-time, we ship orders out of our retail stores. If your order is being fulfilled out of a store, or will be shipped in multiple packages, we will notify you. Please know this may cause slight delays in delivery.

Next Day Shipping: 12/21 at 10am PST/1pm EST
International Shipping (Canada): 12/17 at 10am PST/1pm EST
You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can follow its journey right to your door.

To sign up for SMS updates, enter your phone number and select the box at checkout.
In PDX and want to get your items faster? Select the FREE in-store pickup option at checkout. Pick Up is easy as 1, 2, 3:

1) BUY ONLINE: Place your order online.
2) SELECT PICKUP: Select ‘Pickup’ as your shipping method.
3) PICK UP IN-STORE: Orders are typically ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once prepared with instructions on where to pick up. Please bring your confirmation email and photo ID.

Please note, that all items from your order must be available for pickup to be eligible for in-store pickup. If your order is not picked up within 5 days of placing your order, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Promotions + Sales

Unless otherwise noted, discount codes do not work on any sale merchandise and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.

The majority of our codes also have expiration dates or can only be used once per customer. You can always refer to the email you received with the code to read any exclusions and see if there is an expiration date.

Any Welcome or New user codes are not valid during The Kind of a Big Deal, Black Friday or Cyber Monday Sale. Save these for a rainy day!

If an item goes on sale after you purchased it, Wildfang will only honor a price change if you email our Customer Service team at hello@wildfang.com within 24 hours of your purchase. If approved by Customer Service, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any price adjustments beyond 24 hours or during Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions.
If your gift card was purchased before 10/2/2020 and you are having trouble redeeming at checkout, try adding 'S-' to the beginning of the code. If that doesn't work, please email hello@wildfang.com and we'll do our best to help!
We have two semi-annual sales each year, which always take place at the end of December and June.

To check your points balance, track your earnings, and redeem for rewards, start by logging in.

Once you’ve added items to your cart, proceed to checkout. You’ll see a dropdown menu labeled “CLAIM YOUR DISCOUNT”—from here, choose how many points (in 300 point increments) you’d like to redeem, click apply, and watch the magic happen.

Please note: rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and are redeemable on full price items only.
So you went on a shopping spree with your reward points & got something that wasn’t exactly perfect? NBD. Make your return as usual. As soon as the return is accepted, your points will magically find their way right back where they should be—in your account.
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

LIMITED EDITIONS & COLLABS

It means we made a certain number of the exclusive product and once it's gone, it's gone. So get yours quick or you'll have major FOMO.
Yes! All products are eligible for return and exchange. In the case of an exchange, we cannot guarantee size availability for limited edition or collab products, as these items sell fast.

If we apply a limit it's because we only make a certain number of products per each limited edition drop and want to make sure that lots of people get a chance to buy. So buy for yourself and a friend and encourage them to come and snag one for themselves.
