Who You Are:
You’re a social media expert, content creator and passionate storyteller who can bring Wildfang’s mission to life on Instagram. You know the platform and trends inside out. You are a strong collaborator in partnering with the Wildfang team to bring key stories to life in a socially relevant way.
Responsibilities + Duties:
Build out monthly instagram ROS based on brief by CCO that includes key initiatives, trends, EG content pillars, and brand ethos (ie on-brand curated content) -15 hrs/month
Create “owned content” by briefing in and leveraging photoshoot content, UGC, influencers/content creators and other available content to create posts that drive reach and engagement and align with/feature WF key products or initiatives -25 hrs/month
Partner with CMO + CCO on ideating/briefing/creating content for key partnerships/initiatives-5 hrs/month
Source curated content for tweet reels, carousels, static posts, etc that are on brand and drive engagement-10 hrs/month
Generate social post copy-5 hrs/month
Manage community including DMs, comments, likes, mentions, etc - 5 hrs/month
Outline consumer calendar and partner with CMO/CCO to ensure relevant content pulled/posted to support zeitgeist/culturally relevant moments -3 hrs/month
Identify best + worst performing posts monthly and any important trends on key stats (ie engagement, community size, etc) -2 hrs/month
Requirements:
3+ years social media experience
Start-up experience preferred
In-depth knowledge and love of instagram
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Rate
$40/hr
~20 hrs/week
